Tryouts for the North York Rangers commence the THIRD MONDAY OF APRIL and can last for a maximum of 5 days.

Players (parents) will be offered a registration card, when chosen to play for the team. Concurrently they will receive a copy of the Player and Parent Manual for the Club, a copy of the Club budget (a copy of which is found in this site) and a copy of the Team budget.

Unless there are significant changes to the Club costs (such as an increase in ice costs), which were not available at the time of preparation and approval of the Club budget, it is anticipated there will be no changes to the Club budget.

The Team budget is an estimate based on information available prior to Tryouts. Team budgets may be increased as a result of things such as; tournaments, additional ice and/or instructors and equipment costs. Such increases will require the approval of 75% of parents of the players on the team.
