The North York Rangers organization is extremely proud of numerous teams in their season. The Rangers U16 and U18 teams claimed the Clash in YGK title at Kingston, Ont., held last weekend (October 29 – 31).
The U18 squad only dropped one game the entire tournament while outscoring their opponents 18-5 in the games. After going 3-1 in pool play, the team advanced to the semifinals. They dominated the host team in the Greater Kingston Jr Gaels and went to edge out the Don Mills Flyers 2-1 in the final.
Forward Ty Wilson led the team posting a game-high five goals and seven points during the six-game tournament followed by Kei Hagiwara, recording four goals and two assists in the six games.

When it comes to the U16 Rangers squad, they went through all competitions that were placed before them. North York defeated Kitchener Rangers, Toronto Young Nations, Toronto Red Wings and the Central Ontario Wolves while outscoring them 14-4.
